I tried Dr. Berg's healthy cauliflower pizza in hopes to find a good pizza replacement.
He says that you can eat as much of it as you want so for that I am happy!
The only thing I did different was putting 1T of psyllium husk powder in the dough.
Give it a try! My recommendation would be to put a little salt in the dough because for me it was bland. Maybe my mozzarella cheese wasn't as salty?
Other than the blandness, it did hold up well to my many toppings and layers of cheese.
My non-keto husband liked it as well!

우리한테는 조금 싱거웠어요.
싱거운 거 빼면, 괜찮았어요. 토핑 많이 얹었는데도 "빵" 이 무너지지 않았어요
키토 안하는 남편도 잘 먹었어요.
