Freezable keto meal! Low carb/keto pizza

Hi everyone!
I'm sure this applies to everyone but some days I don't want to cook and just want to grab a frozen dish out of the freezer and just serve dinner!
After eating low carb/keto, it has been difficult to do that and I hate to admit it but sometime I just end up getting something delivered that is not keto friendly!
So, I decided to make a couple recipes that can be frozen and heated when ready to eat!
Some will be asian inspired and others will not.
For today, I brought you guys a pizza recipe. Now, this is a recipe that is adapted from Carine's recipe.

Ingredients

1/2 cup + 2 T coconut flour
2T ground psyllium husk
1/2t salt
1/4t erythritol
2T olive oil
1 cup lukewarm water
1 cup mozzarella
1.5t italian seasoning
1t garlic powder (not shown in video but would be a great addition)


Instructions

1) Put all dry ingredients into a bowl.
2) add olive oil and 1 cup of water slowly while stirring
3) Stir with spoon until well mixed then knead the dough with your hands
4) Once it becomes a uniform ball, place a wet paper towel over it and let it rest for 10 minutes
5) Meanwhile, preheat oven to 425F.
6) After 10 minutes, cut dough in half and knead a couple times.
7) Flatten dough into about 1/4 inch
8) use a small pot lid to make into a circular shape
9) Continue steps 7 and 8 until all dough is used up. (I got around 4 small pizza)
10) Place in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until toasted
11) Take out and put toppings. (I used pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, onion and bell pepper)
12) If you want to freeze it, wrap it in parchment paper and then saran wrap and place in freezer ziplock bag.
13) Once you're ready to eat it, preheat oven to 425F and bake for 10-15 minutes.


한국어: 제료: 1/2 컵 + 2 큰술 코코넛 가루 2T 차전자피 1/2t 소금 1/4t 에리트리톨 2T 올리브 오일 1 컵 미지근한 물 1 컵 슈레드 모짜렐라 치즈 1.5t 이탈리안 시즈닝 1t 갈릭파우더 (영상에는 안 나왔는데 넣으면 더 맛있을 것 같아요) Instructions 1) 마른 재료를 그릇에 담아주세요 2) 올리브오일 넣고 물 1컵 저으면서 넣어주세요 3) 숟가락으로 잘 저어주세요. 잘 섞었으면 손으로 반죽해주세요. 4) 반죽이 잘 뭉쳤으면, 젖은 페이퍼 타울 위에 덮고 10분 놔두세요 5) 오븐을 220도로 가열해주세요 6) 10분후, 반죽 반으로 잘라서 조금 조물 조물 하다 얇게 (0.5cm) 미뤄주세요 7) 작은 냄비 뚜껑을 이용해 동그라미를 만들어주세요 8) 반죽 다 쓸때까지 6, 7 번을 반복해주세요 (저는 작은 피자 4개 나왔어요) 9) 가열된 오븐에 15 분 아님 노릇해질 때 까지 구워주세요 10) 다 구워졌으면 꺼내서 토핑을 얹어주세요 (저는 피자 소스, 모짜렐라 치즈, 페페로니, 버섯, 올리브, 양파 and 피망을 넣었어요) 11) 냉동할 경우, 종이 포일에다 한번 싸서 비닐 랩으로 한번 더 싸서 냉동 보관 집락 안에 넣어서 보관해주세요 12) 먹고 싶을 때 220으로 가열된 오븐에 넣어 10-15분 구워주시면 돼요.
